Kaaseb Return & Refund Policy

– For any exchange or return transaction, the original invoice must be presented, and no action will be taken without presenting it.
The customer has the right to exchange or return the invoice items within a period not exceeding (10) days from the date of issuance of the invoice, provided that the goods are unused and in their original condition, in the carton or box, and free of breakage or damage. – The customer is obligated to pay transportation costs (to and from) in the event of a return or exchange. He is also obligated to pay the price difference between the replaced materials, whether increased or decreased.

The return period for sold items included in the promotional offers is only (48 hours) from the date of receipt of the goods.

– It is not possible to return or exchange manufactured or modified ceramic, porcelain, decorative, marble or granite items based on the customer’s request, such as Water Jet.

– The customer has the right to keep the goods in the warehouse after purchase for a period not exceeding (7) days from the date of the invoice. In the event of a delay, the Kaaseb platform has the right to notify the customer of imposing a rental value.

– The customer has the right to ensure the integrity of the goods in terms of color, size, quantity and quality before installation, as the organization will not accept any complaint or claim for compensation after (48 hours) from the date of receipt or after installation.

– In the event that he wishes to modify the delivery date, the customer must notify the organization at least (24 hours) before the delivery date, and in this case the organization may set a new delivery date.

– Any goods purchased from the Kaaseb platform, including slabs and granite that were cut according to the customer’s request, will not be refunded or restored.

– The customer’s signature on the delivery bond is considered the final settlement between all parties, the customer and the platform

– The customer is entitled to a full refund within 24 hours from the date of the order.
