1. Customer Agreements

Kaaseb.sa provides you with benefits on the website, products offered, and other services when you visit or purchase from the website (kaaseb.sa) (the “Site”), when you use the basic application of Kaaseb, when you use the Kaaseb mobile applications, or when you use the programs provided by Kaaseb in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Kaaseb Services” Please see our Privacy Notice to learn how your personal information is collected and processed through the Kaaseb Services. Kaaseb provides its Services and sells our Products to you under the terms set out below:

1.1 Your use of the kaaseb.sa services, software, applications and products (collectively referred to as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document in addition to any other rules and policies of the kaaseb.sa Site that may be published from time to time. This document and other Site rules and policies are collectively referred to below as the “Terms.” By accessing the Site or using the Services, you agree to accept and abide by the Terms. Please do not use the Services or the Site if you do not accept all of the Terms.

1.4 If kaaseb.sa publishes or provides a translation of the English and Arabic language version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the Arabic language version will govern your uses of the Services or the Site.

1.5 You may be required to enter into a separate agreement, either online or offline, with kaaseb.sa for any Service (“Additional Agreements”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and the Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only with respect to that Service in question.

1.6 The Terms may only be modified in writing by an authorized officer of kaaseb.sa.

1.7 In the event of a force majeure event, which results in a failure or delay in delivering products for reasons external to our control and defined as stipulated in the regulations followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the other country exporting the products, the Kaseb platform will be exempt from fines and any penalties resulting from it legally.

2.0 Before ordering any product from the Kaseb platform, the customer must pay the full amount of the value of the goods to be purchased

2.1 The customer has the right to change the product he wants to purchase after booking within 24 hours from the date of purchasing the product and pay the price difference for the new product if its price is higher.

2.2 Marble is a natural material extracted from nature that is homogeneous and not identical
It depends on the customer’s choice from the platform or according to the samples.

2.3 The customer bears full responsibility for the confidentiality of his account on the Kaseb platform, including requests, reservations, and privacy data

2.4 The customer is responsible for the sizes recorded when booking products.

2.5 If the customer requests the Kaaseb platform to upload the measurements, an additional service will be requested at an additional cost, and the Kaaseb platform will be responsible for the measurements.

2.6 The customer bears full responsibility for ordering and booking by choosing the country, product and sizes, and the Kaaseb platform does not bear responsibility for any errors resulting from the choice.

The Kaaseb platform is committed to the period specified between the Kaaseb platform and the customer, or to what was displayed on the platform to supply the product, except in the case of force majeure.

2.8
The customer has the right to inspect the products in the nearest branch before purchasing, and the Kaaseb platform does not bear any responsibility for the customer’s choice.

Important notes when installing marble and granite:

Marble is a sensitive natural material, so the following must be taken into account:
– There is a difference in size and color uniformity, as well as a difference in the veins.
– Use appropriate installation materials.
– Do not use black cement when installing marble.
– Do not use ordinary sand in the mixture.
– Do not leave the marble exposed to dust, soil, and other building materials before or after installation, because this affects the shine of the marble and the entry of dirt into the pores of the marble and at the joints.
When installing artificial marble, spaces must be left between the pieces due to the presence of expandable glue materials (resin and epoxy) in the basic composition of the product.
– Pay attention to the presence of a plastic layer on the back surface of all types of marble and granite, cut and manufactured in shapes (water jets, belts, and decoration), which must be removed before the installation process.
– In the event that it is required to cut and manufacture large-sized marble slabs, it is necessary to use supporting tools for the process of transporting the marble (such as a mobile transport cart, a pneumatic pull handle, etc.) to the site and place them properly to avoid breaking the edges and corners.
– It must be taken into account to increase the amount of water during the process of polishing and final polishing of the marble surface in order to avoid high surface temperature resulting from direct contact with polishing stones, which leads to the marble being exposed to expansion, which results in the separation of the back surface of the marble and the installation materials.
– Do not use chemicals for cleaning or scouring.

Supplier terms:

• to sell on Kaaseb you need a verified seller account.
• You are obliged to add product photos and information only which is currently available in your store.
• Kaaseb has the right to suspend your account with/without reason.
• Kaaseb has the right to terminate your account if you do not follow our terms & conditions & guidelines.
• Sellers are not allowed to put any contact information, watermark, or any other information apart from product information.
• Kaaseb has full authority to edit/add/delete any information on products and suppliers’ profiles.
• you agree that all the information provided to Kaaseb, as your company profile is correct and recognized by any legal authority in the seller’s country.
• You must commit lower prices on Kaaseb platform than what you provide in offline sales.
• You must provide correct information about the product otherwise product will be returned and removed from the platform
